  • Shipping & Handling

    Pro Line arranges safe, convenient, and cost-effective shipping for our customers. We work with many different shipping companies to ensure the best price for the shipment and pass those savings on to you.

  • Will-Call Policy

    Pro Line offers a will-call service (“Will-Call”) that allows customers the opportunity to pick up their order at our Dallas-based warehouses. It is the customers responsibility to pick-up orders within 7 days with a provided PO number. All alternative time-frames must be agreed on between customer and Pro Line. Talk to a customer service representative at 972-488-4200 for more information on this option.

    Pro Line has the right to take ownership of any product not picked up in a timely manner. Overtime will not be responsible for damages or incorrect products after an order has been signed and released to the customer or any third-party carriers or individuals that the customer designated for pickup.
